We have played at our best this season generally when Modric and Huddlestone have been together. Huddlestone being a 'neutral' central midfielder who provides the neat link play to keep possession. Modric collecting the ball in the final third for attacking impact. The inclusion of both Bale and Lennon in the wide roles gives us maximum potency. VDV hs been the x factor for us. As yet Crouch has usually been his starting partner and he has been central to most VDV's goals scored. Hutton has displaced Corluka in the pecking order but I have no doubt that Harry will always pick King when fit and Dawson as his partner. BAE is unchallenged in his position. The return of Defoe will lift our attacking threat and as he says himself he played up ahead of Rooney(VDV) for England. A Spurs 4 4 1 1 can bring us success if can ever get the right personell on the field. Trust in Harry.
