Good article; Paul Scholes tells it like it is; clear no-frills analysis, and to the point...like he was as a player.
I also like the way he prefaces some of his points with: "From the outside" and "I hear that" ; which to me, means he is not claiming to have 'insider knowledge' on everything Spurs. Also he fairly attributes the part that Sherwood has played in the development of some of the younger players as well as Pochetto.

Loved him as a player and love him as a pundit.

I think from the new breed, Scholes and Murphy are two of the better ones.

His articles in the Evening Standard every Friday are always very interesting to read. I love it when ex-players give a bit of insight into what goes on behind the scenes, and most of his articles contain a reference to some aspect of training or changing room dynamics. He also doesn't openly show bias in any way, unlike a lot of pundits.
