We are a selling club .

I'd hope we can bump the fee closer to £40m before we release him .

Good bit of transfer business to double your money in only 2 years .

It's amazing how we write off players after less than a season and the player in question is one of the key players in a team that is favourites to win the World Cup.
It would be outrageous to sell him and any new manager would not sanction that. I don't even believe we would sell Verts to Barcelona and what has he done to deserve their interest?
If Chelsea really are interested it is they can spot a talented player.

We just need a manager not out to make a point but to actually man manage the team. There is talent in that team. Track record of all those players is good.

So he's decided he's leaving, obviously we have no say in the matter and contracts are just bits of paper that mean nothing.
Btw, where the fuck did they get the .76 from? I call bullshit.

After they pulled the 28 million out of their arse the resulting hole meant the .76 just feel out along with the missing member of Manic street preachers.

So Mourinho moans about a Belgian, Hazard, not tracking back etc etc and then proposes to spend a fortune on a Brazilian who doesn't track backo_O

I still think there's a player there and think in a 433, him, Sandro and Dembele could do serious damage with Adebeyor, Eriksen and lamela ahead of them.

I would worry with that midfield about our ability to get the forward quickly enough. We would be back to painfully ponderous football we played under AVB.

Both AVB and Sherwood have recognised we need someone to assist the assisters. When AVB could not get Moutinho he attempted to make do without and looked miserable; Sherwood has tried everyone in the role except Friedel and wants Carroll back next season.

We need more creativity in deeper positions, and that means creating some headroom in our overstuffed squad.

If Hazard goes as expected to PSG i can see this happening. I would take anything above twenty five million for him and also consider Lukaku to Spurs in some sort of player plus cash deal .

Which way do you see the cash going? To Chelsea, or to Spurs? How much is Lukaku worth, I wonder.

If we are selling to Chelscum, I can't see why the Point 76 million instead of a round 29 or 30 million pounds. So the decimal point could only come from a fee in Euro or the US dollar. Why a deal between two English clubs be in any other currency than sterling? Really think it's BS.

An old psychology trick where if they write an obscure number it makes it seem more accurate/believable. Based on research where if people who request money ask for an obscure amount people are more likely to give money.
