He was here at a time of turmoil and by the time Poch came he was at his lowest ebb, I guess. No one's fault, but I think he feels the need to defend himself.I think it is evident that for whatever reason, Pochettino failed to get the best out of Paulinho. It's OK to say that, although why it matters now I don't know. Pochettino isn't a god who get's the best out of everyone. He succeeds with some and not with others, that's just natural. But ironically, Paulinho now is exactly what a "Pochettino-player" is supposed to be.
