I really hope we sign him at around 35 million plus a young talented defender. Barkley under Poch will be a real talent and take us to the next level. As I have said before he has the potential to be the next Gazza.......or splash more cash and bring back Bale...in my dreams.

also funny to see him slate Chelsea for selling Matic (in a way that no one has hammered us for the Walker sale)

My wishlist right now comprises:

Barkley
Sanchez (from Ajax)
Cancelo

Still think Poch wants a speedy midfielder who can add a different aspect.

They each seem like realistic targets and all 3 are 23 or under so have can improve and better years ahead ( and a sell on value if they don't progress).

Not sure what that would cost but with player sales over the last 6 months I think we would still come out close to even.

I agree that it would be a good signing, but he is nothing like Gazza whatsoever. No one is, or was, or will ever be ;)
