Assuming Shaw is someone Poch actually wants and not just a budget-friendly replacement I'd snap your hands off for that.

At this point I’d be happy to do a swap with United for Shaw. Both players with question marks hanging over them, but at least Shaw is young, and has time for Poch to work with him.

I'd stick with Rose purely because he's a competitor and a fighter. Even if he has the hump I still think he'd give his all on the field. Whereas every manager that works with Shaw, including Poch, seems to question his desire and work ethic.

But it’s quiet clear he’s lost all his desire and fight this season, and without it he’s a pretty average player. Either that, or his ankle’s fucked. Both scenarios mean sell if we can, and replenish.

I think it's fitness and form not desire. If next season is the same then fair enough but he's a winner I feel and I'd be loathe to lose him for a player who doesn't seem to have that hunger.

Probably one major injury which has led to the niggly injuries he's been picking up. Main concern over Shaw is his mentality but you would hope he would be fired up if came back to play for Poch to prove Maureen wrong. If Poch wanted him I would be confident he thought there was something worth working with.
