We really needed at least one new CB. Highly necessary, and I think in fact yesterday showed that. (Not to replace AlderVerts, but to be able form an actual line of 3 CBs).

Both our recent signings are foreign based and new to the Prem.

I'd be tempted to drop Sanchez in at RB,if we don't sign one.We desperately miss pace from wing back ,he could easily give us that .We also need to work on corner delivery,as this guy is lethal from them,jumps like a salmon apparently .

We could have played 3 at the back yesterday but the reason we didn't is because we didnt have wing backs available with Walker gone and Rose injured. Trippier and Davies are fine as fullbacks in a 4 (but we then need the attacking guys to open up the defence with movement and guile if not pace.
But as a pair they don't offer enough pace or dynamism that Poch needs for the 3 at the back system to work... hence why it is so important we a) get Danny back b) we get a pacy right back as an option

Saw a detailed scouting report of him playing RB.Also seen him numerous times for Ajax as RCB ending up in RB position bombing forward.He could easily play RWB.Imo he is so talented he could literally play anywhere.will unquestionably be fastest player at the club.
