Dele Alli on my flight to Vegas today. John Stones also, and apparently Dier too. My mate bumped into them when I was outside having a last smoke before the flight. Hopefully bump into them at some clubs.

There is loads of negative talk about a few players from yesterday, but Dele is so far going unnoticed. I actually thought he was wasteful yesterday to a detrimental degree. His impreciseness when trying to receive the ball in what could have been rather incisive situations caused us to lose the ball to Chelsea defenders in situations that we last year would have turned into some amazing attacks.

The way things are going right now, I expect him to sign up with Mino Raiola, Jorge Mendes or some of the other snakes in the business

That's my fear too...the Mail have picked up on the story as well...

The last thing we want is some mercenary arsehole of an agent pouring poison into the lad's ears....I was hoping if we could just hang on to him (and a few others) until the new stadium is completed then we had a chance to keep everyone at the club.

Grow up, they’re not snakes. They just have the players interest at heart, not yours or the club.

I expect Dele to join one of the big American agencies like CAA over Gestifute or whatever Raiola’s shop is called

I just think, not specific to this but generally speaking, we're gonna have to give these top players more of a reason to stay with us. There's only so long these players can be part of a team that's a great prospect but with nothing to show for it. If we're not winning trophies or paying relatively or just moderately high wages I think it really will drive the top players out.

If they're saying to themselves that they've already been here for 3/4 years, won nothing and can get more chance of a trophy and double the wages elsewhere then they may just want out.

Ultimately this is what we want for all our players because it means they are exceptional.

I'm not worried, he was on TV praising Pochettino and the club just last week, he could have left MK for money sooner than he did.
