Oh, great philosophy you are adapting. I guess you are one of those tho thinks we shouldn't complain about drawing vs. Swansea because there are other clubs who loses way down the conference league.
Every professional player who reaches the levels Dele can reach arrives there because they are perfectionists who knows nothing else but to constantly improve. No player at this level has ever reached their absolute best by saying "oh, but Barton is angrier me and by the way, did you see my goal tally last year?".
Supporting a player isn't the same as only talking about what he does correctly. It isn't support to say "great job man, you scored back in August, so nothing but praise for you". It is support to say, "you know what, you've got some improvement to work on and I fully believe you can do it".
And finally, every person, footballer or otherwise, has their own life story, good or bad. But on the pitch, they are all the same. You wouldn't say "Player X should do better because his mama loves him but player Y is excused because he hates his dad". They are all fortunate, lucky kids who are awarded very well doing their hobby as a full-time job, and with that, there comes responsibilities. Such as learning when to not get a stupid red card and how to reduce the number of times a big chance is wasted due to banal mistakes.
Has Alli been sent off this season?
Upbringing has a lot to to with ones personality- Alli doesn't come across as being a violent person he's pretty will spoken just a bit silly at times on the pitch I put down to immaturity and I'm not meaning to paint him as anything but a decent young man.
For the record I did complain about the Swansea draw, thought Kane hitting the cross bar was a banal mistake but thats football.
