Love this boy, he cares so I care about him.

Be lovely if he could have a season where he can show his real ability in the same way Son did.

Be a real fight to get in the team though, as it should be.

just being able to bring him off the bench for 30 instead of Sissoko is going to be so good.

He can actually create something, and his work-rate is phenomenal.

Francis you wont stop the runaway hyperbole train in this thread. I doff my hat to you for trying to keep it real. Erik had a diabolical start to last season but fact based discussion is wasted in this thread.
Except Lamela literally was starting pretty much every match before he got injured. It is not hyperbole. It is a fact and 'real'. I can't believe you have the audacity to claim you and Francis are the ones engaging in 'fact based discussion'. If you can disprove Lamela started every CL game and the majority of PL games (including vs. Liverpool and City), I'd love to see it.

We have now got to the stage where actual facts are being denied. Trump-loving morons.

"Hyperbole train" "Diabolical start".

You're a hypocrite, ignorant to your own idiotic ramblings.

Didn't he score a goal on the opening day of the season against Everton. Got us a point. I'd hardly call that diabolical.

I admit his form wasn't great after that but it wasn't terrible either. Also, as has been said Gibbs said he wasn't starting (which he was) how he was playing wasn't what was being discussed.

If we are going to draw comparisons, I think Sissoko will have a good season this coming year.
Whereas I don't think Lamela will feature very much at all
