Won the free kick that led to the penalty. Also nice cross for the Rose chance. More than eriksen did all game. At least he got stuck in.

After this game, after our two London derbies, I guess I won't be so sad to let Lamela leave comes end of season if there are takers.

He's been here for 4 (or 5) seasons but he just never got the chance to stake his claim in the starting XI proper. There were signs in the beginning of this eaaon but he tapers off again.

This league just doesn't suit him and he could no longer contribute to the team with many others are outpacing him in terms of usefulness and ability. Getting yellows so soon after coming on as sub is actually quite disruptive to the team morale too TBH.

Wasted he just couldn't live up to expectations he could deliver.

To be fair, I don't think missing an entire season with the hip injury has done him (or us) any favours.

Totally fair. But the club and supporters have been giving him all the patience, time and support all these years. But he is not staking his claim into the starting XI. How much more time can he be given?

By the end of the season he will have been here 6 years, not sure how long people are willing to wait for him to finally deliver on a consistent basis. I was done 2 years ago.

Yeah, I love Coco perhaps more than anyone but he’s too injury prone, can’t be relied upon and needs to go.

Feel sorry for him because without his injury problems he would’ve had a great Spurs career, but he’s just too unreliable.

Really got to move on, and it's so sad because it's obvious what he can bring to us when healthy. But, we can find tenacity elsewhere, and hopefully in a player that can last for most of the season. If it were up to me, there'd be quite a large amount of changes come the summer.

We'll need him badly for the next 5 weeks if he can muster some fitness.
And with son missing for first leg too

But although he's one if my favourites I echo the sentiments, he unfortunately just seems unable to fully recover now. May need a slower less intense league like Dembele

What's the point of a squad player who can never be in the squad? I love Lamela but we need to replace him this summer. Hoping we can still fetch a decent fee for him based on his performances this season. Our bench tonight was frightening.

I've warmed up to him this season. But yes we should sell if the chance arrives.

With all our injuries and our need to get 3rd I was looking forward to him being available. Hope he can at least be available on the weekend.
