You're absolutely entitled to your views and I appreciate your contributions to this website.

My view is that this board is for discussion and when the facts are vague and then a well known ITK then adds more uncertainty, then it can naturally lead to speculation and I don't mind that. It's part of the fun of being a non-official club forum where we're not being censored from having the discussion.

You and some others do mind that. That's cool, but a little picture of a tin of spam won't suppress me into not at least having the discussion with others that want to have it.

I've been on here for 11 years and one of the best things about this forum is the variety of debate and views. If you start suppressing that then you end up like the other Spurs forum I care not to name.

I'm not trying to suppress anyone's views, and I disliked your post not because it was spam, but because it was potentially libellous. As I say this is a persons life and career we are talking about. To start making accusations as strong as the one you have made without any shred of proof, is a very poor show imo.

I dont normally advocate for this stuff but this has gotten even more out of hand since last night. High time for this thread to be locked and cleaned up. The libellous bollocks being thrown around is an awful look.

Spurs player gets hip injury that won;t heal..

everything else in this thread is a bunch of hidden desires .. those with a drugs fetish and desire to get ramrodded should just actually come out rather than projecting onto others..

I know it's not a failed drugs test, but you gotta ask why whoever manages his media profile decided to get search results hidden on Google by the "Right to Forget", when you search for "Erik Lamela drugs". You get this at the bottom of the search:

"Some results may have been removed under data protection law in Europe. Learn more"

Maybe they dont want his name slandered, but they need to think about the Streisant effect when doing that.

His contribution has not been overstated. He created the 6th most chances in the PL last season. That suggests he is very important.
And, that was as the high energy press trigger, give him less emphasis on setting press and tempo and that preserved intensity could see his attacking stats balloon, but he's forsaken his own glory elements for team need. That's what really bemuses me about his detractors, that they can't see his driving attitude is what allowed Alli, Eriksen & Kane so much extra themselves and if they all looked for him as much as he does anybody better placed, he'd have about 15 extra goals just from Kane! Again, being there to pull defence apart alongside Kane in that example.

Coco, my man, don't walk away.

If u keep spouting libellous guff then the thread will be locked....again.
Wont be much debate happening if that occurs.

I do love how idiots are attempting to validate their fantastical conspiracy theories with lines like 'it's the only logical conclusion' as if there's even a shred of evidence to back up their jackanory

Lol is that what it is. It explains it to a tee. Finally makes sense i could not understand the amount of rage/emotions by the slightest negative comment.

Must be his hairstyle and it explains the whispers in this thread earlier........

See now you are going to be responsible for these good folks putting me on ignore. Go ahead Luka Van Der Bale. Spurs-Coys1882. Bobbins etc. I dare you.... Tiger666 you dont have that right.
Im sure all the neg rating will not scar you emotionally long term. But the reaction will provide you with a little titter as Frankie Howard would have said

Potentially libellous? This is getting a bit silly now so my last word on it just to clarify my position.

At no point have I said Lamela has taken drugs and that the club are covering it up.

All I have said is that there have been many cases in the Premier League when a club has masked an off the field issue with an vague injury and often it has been a failed drugs test.

I personally find this situation suspicious. Others don't, let's leave it there ok because I don't come on here looking for an argument.
