I hope he has made his last game for us. Apart from Real at Bernabeu he has done absolutely nothing. I would seriously play a youth player instead of him, surely they can't be worse? Am I harsh now? Maybe, but he has been a massive dissapointment.

Inspires no confidence in the team around him

Prefers to lay off then shoot

Exactly the same as soldado when his confidence was shot

Okay. Both him and Janssen cannot score goals. But al least Janssen fights hard to press (so did sissoko). It is too annoying to see him not pressing the defenders. If you are not good enough, at least you need to try hard. Not sure what he brings to the club.

Start Sterling at Wembley. I'm sorry but I really can't watch another 90mins of him shuffling about trying to first time lay the ball off because his confidence is shot. His time is done here, pointless playing him now. Give a youth team player a go to show what they've got, they don't deserve to see us accept shite performances like this and not get a chance.

Vorm
KWP Alderweireld Foyth Rose
Wanyama Winks
Lucas Lamela Son

I don't know if I would go that far - I'd be more inclined to start a front 4 of Lucas, Lamela, Dele, and Son

But I think the Llorente experiment has to be over.

Yeah more a way of not having to risk another first teamer in order to not play him. Rather play KWP right wing and start Son up top than see him get another undeserved start.

To be fair to Llorente - we never really set up to play to his strengths - either by not playing enough crosses, or not taking advantage of Llorente's ability to play other players in. I think his hold-up play can be better than Kane - we just never seem to take advantage - and Llorente just does not have the goals in him otherwise.

He had a couple of nice touches to link with Son and it wasn't his fault Son's touch let him down. But he's absolutely no threat whatsoever. Id have started Son up top with Lamela/Sissoko/Moura but its easy to say after the event.

we have to give him a go as he may be needed at some point this season, but he really really is past it. By some distance.

Thought he was mostly fine today. Apart from that awful miss of course. Certainly no worse than the likes of Son

And once again, another game comes and goes where we offer a player who has proven many times that he is vastly more useful with his head than his feet at other clubs, and we provide him with nothing but ground balls with his back to goal.

Must be frustrating as hell knowing that even when we get a corner or free kick and he's in the mix, no-one is going to aim for him. Why? Has he upset the team or some shit? Every corner goes near post with him on the back, every free kick fizzes in low or nowhere near him - seems absurd that we don't use that strength and the one time he did get a header on it was unfortunately wide of the post.

Damn that must be frustrating.

One of our worst signings....

Another striker we have got wrong, thank god Kane came through the ranks..... the last decent striker we signed has to be Berbatov, we need a decent back up in the summer for Kane as if he gets injured between now and May, our season is fucked.

I normally hate judging players early and making sweeping statements when said player hasn't had much time but this guy just doesn't seem to have the appetite at all. At least with Janssen we got effort, a fundamental prerequisite for any professional footballer.

Llorente is obviously a good player who's had a great career but there's a complete lack of motivation with him, you can see it a mile off, he just doesn't compete like he should and I'm surprised Poch keeps playing him. I'd just play Son, Moura and Lamela as a front three in the replay.

We need to go back to the young and hungry back up option to Kane, as Llorente isn't up for it enough, nowhere near on the evidence so far. Ambling about, with the odd nice lay off just isn't enough.
