Are there other windows still open besides dutch (till 3rd september)? Dutch window seems more of an opportunity for Janssen than N'Koudou and GKN might have some small role in LC.

N’Koudou is a good pacey alternative to Moura and son for lesser games, I think he'll get two or three matches before the window opens again, up to him to show he can offer something to the squad.

In league cup maybe, but he's got 6 players ahead of him.

Probably should've loaned him to villa to sweeten the pot

Has the european window closed now?

Cant believe GKN, Janssen and to a lesser extent Sissoko are all still with us. We really have massively struggled to offload anyone this window.

Yes, and I'm still excluded from the Transfer Section of the site. I thought/hoped the ban ended with the transfer window :cry::cry:

If everyone is fit I can’t see how nkoudou gets a game even in carabo. We have 26 and that doesn’t include likes of Amos and skipp. If you put up our current best 2nd xi he still doesn’t get in. So if he can’t get in with 11 changes, I fail to see how he gets a game. Maybe few minutes off bench.

How the fuck is he still with us?

Shocking window.
Levy didn't want to buy without selling as so they wouldn't seem desperate and get low balled after the English window closed... He got lowballed anyways.

Although I don't even know what a low ball would be considered for Nkoudou, Janssen, Llorente and Sissoko as I don't know why anyone would pay much of anything for any of them.

Superb cross today to set up the winner.

Still only 23 years old - is there a role for him to play at this club?

Was that his Gareth Bale moment?

I can't say I think so, but we can hope. He showed more promise in five minutes today than he did in all of his loan at Burnley.

Don't think he'll start on Thursday but he's a shoe in for Palace in the cup.

Didn’t see his Burney spell, but I’ve long thought he has ability. He always had the enthusiasm, but maybe not the concentration levels

If Lucas isn’t back on Thursday I’d start him. With respect Llorente is a waste of space right now, can’t even hold up the bal, his lay offs were shocking and has lost all confidence in his only ability which is in the air. At least GKN has pace so we can play on counter.

I'm still amazed why he's still with us. One cross does not change that.

I look forward to him changing my mind.
Yeah, I agree. It was an excellent cross and it was great the way he just got the ball in rather than waste the opportunity like some players do.

There's a conundrum here for Levy and Poch, we need to shift him on, so a loan would be good but at the same time we probably really need him in these next couple of weeks.
