His current goals per game PL 0.71 better than any other striker in 100 club.Basically he is most prolific striker in history of PL.

Aguero is 0.70
Henry was 0.68

Rest are miles behind

There's a quiz on the BBC sports page today about goal droughts....apparently it is now two years since Berahino last scored a goal...during that period for club and country Harry has managed a mere 87 !!....awesome (y)

He has had a baby recently. So it’s no surprise really, either that or he was on the lash at the brits midweek but I doubt it else it would be all over the papers.

He and the missus are preggers again. He can quit the shagging now. Expect an uplift in goals fairly soon.

I’m sure Pele will make up another 200 goals at that point
Something controversial here. I don’t get why people say Pele is one of the best players ever. Guy is clearly a bullshit merchant and an absolute charlatan.

The irony is that if we did sign him when we were interested, he would still be on 0 goals as one of Kane’s cursed back-ups.

The thing with Pele was the mythos around him and that Santos team. They pretty much toured the world playing the world’s best teams such was their level of fame. Impossible to compare to anything in modern sport. To those crowds, Pele was almost like a being from another planet, unlike anything they’d seen before. I certainly agree that I wouldn’t hold him in the regard I’d hold Maradona or Messi, but his status in world football during his era will never be matched by anyone again. Football is too readily available to watch. Impossible for anyone to have that same air of mystery about them.

Yeah, I agree that he's in a bad run of form.

And then you realize that most of the strikers on the planet would kill to be able to produce what he does when not at his best.

If he gets back to top form...look out.

His “bad run of form” consists of scoring in 15 of last 21 appearances. Including x2 hatricks x3 braces. And scored in last 5 games lol.
