Not really a joking matter tbh.Of course putting any sort of weight on a damaged hamstring makes a difference. Also find it really odd he didn’t go straight down the tunnel on Sunday to get treatment straight away.
Remember hearing mo farah talk about Olympics between the 10k and 5k.saying his hamstrings felt tight so he just went to his room and rested for 3 days.Even got people to go and bring him food.

So you're saying that he shouldn't be allowed to walk because essentially that's ALL he's doing by going to an awards ceremony.

WALKING

Jose might be less inclined to park the bus now (or at the very least will be under more pressure to not park the bus) which could suit us.

We should have kept this quiet till tomorrow, Maureen will be on Plan B now and a massive advantage knowing early!

Am I the only one not panicking? We can beat Manu without Kane so stay positive. My only sore point in this matter was why Kane was not taken off earlier at Liverpool when it was obvious he was knackered. Not 20-20 as I was saying that he needs to be subbed before the hamstring went. Anyway that's history and we move on

Might make united players more confident, more attacking which is beneficial for us and could see us doing then 1-3

If they set up as they did against pool we'll manage a point at best

I'm with you mate. I'm surprised at how quickly people forget how much of a team beyond the sum of our individual parts we are.

Harry is a one of a kind special, special player, don't get me wrong..... I just don't think we are the Harry Kane team and I'd be interested in who took offense to that comment by Guardiola and who is now making out like our season is over.

Just common sense Imo.Surely If you have a slight niggle and 1 week to a massive match.Id be at home getting massages every night.Just seems obvious to me.

It’s all shearer fault for mouthing off on MOTD.Poch even mentioned it today in presser.Obviously was in his head not to take him off because what shearer said.Probably planted a little seed.

I'm sure it's already been said but we beat Man City without Kane last season and up until that point everyone thought they were a shoe-in for the title. So I don't see the problem playing without him tomorrow

Thing is his deputies were awful against west ham. Will require something special to win on Saturday.

I hope you're right and that the defeat to West Ham will have provided the much needed kick in the bollocks. I doubt Llorente will start.

I'm not massively concerned either but like you say, the only annoyance is that we should have protected him at the latter stages when 4-1 up last week to prevent such a scenario.

I look at it as a good chance for us to send an even stronger message in beating United without our main goalscorer.

Kane’s gone up a level this season.Was virtually unplayable against Liverpool.Hes averaging 7 shots a game.Dont think I’ve seen Llorente have 1 shot.Not Saying we cant win.But there’s no getting away from it,that it’s a humongous loss.

Completely calm and at ease with the news about Kane missing tomorrow's game.

Big opportunity now for the lads to up and show everyone that we are not a one man team.

In fairness to Llorente, he has'nt had much, if any, game time with Eriksen to supply him

Do you think we could save our meltdowns at least until after Man United have beaten us 5-0?

So many people convinced we've got no hope now, deary me.

Subconsciously people DO think we are the Harry Kane team. Sad really as all our players are integral to our team.

We play a similar way to what we did at Madrid, Son instead of Kane and I think we will be ok.

Big difference in the hold up play with Son imo
