Unbelievable player. Such a clinical finisher. So comfortable with either foot or head and just so composed. We are lucky to have him.

As soon as we move into the new stadium we should offer him £200k a week. Other clubs will be offering him double that so we need to get ahead of the game.

Will they
I'm not at all worried about Harry leaving until summer 2019 at the very earliest (and even beyond that my hunch is that we'll get more than one season of him at the new ground), but I'm also certain that Europe's top clubs will be letting him know how much they would be prepared to pay him even if there's no chance of him moving in the short term. Naive to think otherwise, IMO.

Pretty fucking naive to think any premier league footballer isn't fully aware of what they could get elsewhere, these people (and their advisors) aren't stupid. Do you honestly think it's just us blokes tapping away here that realise what he could earn?

Don't think that was the point of @thebenjamin's post, more saying that in a world where we all 3 of us agree that Kane is aware what astronomical sums he could earn elsewhere, we (Spurs) would be well advised to pay him the absolute maximum that we can possibly afford (breaking the existing wage structure) to cushion the gap between what he can earn here vs what he could earn elsewhere as much as possible.

That's how I read it, anyway.

I'm sure Levy is well aware of the situation regarding Kane.

At this point, I would settle for selling his naming rights, and using that to pay him.

"Goal!!!! for Vauxhill Kane, his second of the day, at the new NikeDome."

Love seeing all the bitter twats insisting Goals in a Calendar Year isn't a legitimate record. Guess the ones who wrote him off as a one season wonder need to keep finding new and ever more tenuous ways to try and belittle him.

The same idiots probably go on about how great Messi is for winning five Ballon D'ors without realising that it's based on calendar year as well.
