It's fine to question what Levy may do if an 'OTT' offer was placed as people keep saying he is a business man etc etc but if you flip it, besides the allure of the new stadium, Kane is probably Spurs top asset when it comes to footballing matters.

As this business man, do you think Levy would honestly sell him heading into the new stadium?

Selling him right now wouldn't make a lot of business sense, of course people can prove me wrong as it's just one internet message board posters opinion.

TBH the whole thought is 'OTT' current situation considered.

thinking that Levy would sell Kane is daft even if you look at it narrowly from a business point of view.
Say the fee is 300 million. Kane could be at Spurs for 10 years....that is 30 million a year. He could score an average of 30 goals a season. If you asked ANY business person in the league right now whether they would want 30 mill in cash a year or 30 goals a season guaranteed (forget about all the other benefits), every one would take the goalscorer.

Levy won't sell Kane for as long as he wants to stay here, it's not about the money, it's about his value as an asset and what it would mean to the club going forward. Anyone who thinks that doesn't generally have a clue about our chairman or our club.

Yeah it's It's hard to put a number on Kane's value to the club but we can be sure it is nowhere near the ott transfer fees being bandied about.

However, his value could yet increase still further in the next two seasons, and a monster fee may disrupt the longer term organic strategy of the club.

For us fans though we have a important part to play and are not collectively helpless.

We need to get that message across that we adore him, recognise he is a once in a generation player and just want to watch him represent us. And then to counter the dead eyed accounting we also have to back that up with a willingness to subsidise his enormous wages by turning up every week, or tuning in every game, buying the shirt etc etc.

So in short, don't sell him?

Kane’s value now must be over 200m. I would think offers of 250m + would be accepted by Levy

But in the end it’s up to Harry. I’m sure if Kane is happy at the club then Levy wouldn’t be interested in a sale unless it was a 'dizzying amount' which he’s been quoted before when discussing past players

No chance.

Kane is still relatively young and hasn't reached his peak yet. If he maintains or improves his form, his price will soar even higher.
Even if Levy puts on his businessman's hat, he'd know that this is not the right time to sell him, if he is ever sold.

I think you mean "particularly if Levy puts on his businessman's hat, he'd know that this is not the right time to sell him, if he is ever sold."
