Can't say I am impressed with all this and swearing on your daughter's life in the media, come on Harry catch a grip. Would have been much classier to simply say, "yeah I felt in graze my shoulder but I am happy for Christian to claim it" then leave it at that.

“I swear on my daughter’s life”? Yeah I’m sure Harry didn’t want to take it any further ?

Eriksen looked miffed about the whole thing and I would argue didn’t look bothered in the slightest, totally not his style

Poch? Definitely, if Harry said he touched it, he’d fight for him. It’s a trophy, after all, and he knows Kane needs those to stay

So...which was it? (n)

Miffed about Harry claiming the goal, not bothered about appealing. They are not mutually exclusive
Whats to be miffed about? He obviously felt it touch him, and thats why he's so adamant its his.

That’s some precise body language radar you’ve got there.

Called an opinion. We’re all allowed one.

Eriksen latest comments are effectively “there have been arguments, but if Harry wants it, whatever”. So I’d say pretty good radar

The well known “miffed about the goal but not bothered about appealing” expression. Unmistakable.

I'd be bothered about it but then I'm a striker, and the largest attendance I've played in front of during the last few years is roughly 2 subs, 7 passers-by, and a dog.

The reaction in Liverpool's world is quite something.

" So glad we have generous team players and not SCUMMY WORTHLESS CHEATS! Plus our players are talented and not just lucky and get help from the refs (who are corrupt and against us may I add. FAILING Harry Kane will never catch Salah in the Golden Boot now! YNWA!"

"Kane is such a desperate little diving twat. Would love to see Mo extend his tally way past Kane's reach"

Will be funny if he gets it and nabs the boot by 1

But let’s not pretend we wouldn’t be ripping on Liverpool if Salah was doing this.

It’s incredibly selfish and small time. Eriksen deserves both goals, and the bonuses, let it go

I don't agree with this at all. Kane wants that Golden Boot and if he's touched it then its his goal.

I suspect he doesn't give a shit about the Goal bonus in this instance.

He's a proper striker hungry for goals including ones he's scored.

This. It's all a bit weird now, and is certainly the sort of neediness that we'd roast our competitors for.

We work all week, spend a big chunk of it on some of the most expensive tickets in the world, spend all day on Saturday travelling to the other side of London to watch games (or otherwise watch them on tv), rant and rave about every bit of bad luck that we have, dance around hugging complete strangers when we score, waste our summers speculating on whether some player we hadn’t heard of yesterday might sign for us...and now we’re “roasting” actual players for being needy because they want to score goals. Christ.

Ask Christian. The guy clearly doesn’t have time for such petty things. We won, if he scored or not it doesn’t matter. If kane wants it, knock yourself out. The whole episode has just made me love Eriksen even more
