His finishing in 2018 has been shit. His obsession with the golden boot has affected the team but he's not winning it this time not due to a lack of service but because chances he usually buried in his sleep he has fluffed.
Somewhat harsh!!!!! He’s one of our own remember, the first dip in form & this is the grief he gets. Shame on you!!!

Poch needs to sit him down and tell him not to worry about the golden boot this season and that there will be plenty more of them in the future.

Kane is class and his form will come back.

People are quick to forget his quite extraordinary goal scoring feats (especially the crazy amount he’s scored at end of last season!).

I would play Son on Wednesday. Harry has clearly rushed himself back and he's doing himself and the team harm in doing so, as he's clearly not himself. Concentrate on getting that ankle right and getting into form for the new season because in these games where he's been off the pace, we've truly realised just how good he is.

Alas, on Wednesday I think Son should come in as we were doing OK with everyone raising their game in Harry's absence.

Son has also looked off the pace lately, the difference being, Kane is still scoring.

He's been horrid, but in the games where he played up front during Harry's absence he was very good. I would prefer his mobility and pace given Harry's immobility and lack of runs given his injury at the moment.

Kane's inclusion in the side has cost us over the last few weeks. We were flying, playing fluid football, scoring 3 per game. Then we shorhorned back in before he was fit, and the whole team looks stiff and uninventive. He just isnt moving in and around the penalty area, and isnt holding the ball up as well. Problem is, you cant drop him now he's in the team.. so we just have to hope he finds his form by weds!

Come on Harry, a nice tidy hattrick tonight please. Man there are some embarrassing comments in this thread these days.

I think everyone saying he is protecting himself for the world cup is spot on. He got lucky with his ankle injury and another one now would be curtains. Players will have seen Koscielny and Trent Alexander-Arnold (or Joe Gomez whatever) and naturally will worry and Kane knows that he is guaranteed number 9, if not captain in the world cup.

Only a machine wouldn't be affected by that imo.

Looks like the player we thought he was, slow and cumbersome. Would struggle to get a Start at Swansea at the moment

Harry made himself through hard work and dedication, an unstoppable self belief in how good he was. The whole shit storm of the appealed goal has hit him hard and probably for the first time in his career he is doubting himself.

I agree, but having said all this, his still scored 4 in 6 games, pretty amazing stats

Hoping he can get two more in last game to reach 30 league goals.

Sadly looking like won’t beat Salah but would be good to ge5 30 as so close with 29 last season.

He's up to 106 premier league goals now, two above Drogba, level with Darren Bent and just one behind Crouch and Scholes.

Slow, cumbersome, world class at one touch finishing.. all that jazz..

Won us the game by taking a good, but by no means easy chance. Great technique to finish it so cleanly.

Goal number 39. Clearly not fully fit but seriously it’s a joke how quickly some idiots have started on him.. Someone in the match thread seemed upset he scored because he was disrupting our precious passing play and so shouldn’t have been on the pitch.

Some fans are proper herberts, all that Kane has achieved for us in the past few seasons and all the times he has scored goals and bailed us out, he has a dip in form after coming back from injury and all of a sudden he is selfish and needs to be dropped. Shameful & embarrassing some of what I have seen said about him and to top it off he has still scored 4 in his last 6 and 39 for the season...bring back Rasiak I say.
