Just tuned into SSN for the first time in a while as I was curious to see how they were reporting the Kane captaincy announcement. The presenter said, "I guess this settles the debate about whether Kane or Vardy will start up front for England".

Not too weird. He ‘dived’ to win a pen at their place and he’s beaten their captain to lead the country at the World Cup. You won’t see this level of ****ishness on most other forums. Even Arsenal.

Yeah he’ll get stick for the ‘goal’ and the way he supposedly reacted to the FA’s tweet, but most normal fans know he’s the only true world class player in the squad. It’s annoying that he’s an easy target for trolls just because of the way he speaks, so even if he scored 50 goals this season and saved someone’s life on the pitch in a moment of heroicness, he’d still get the shit ripped out of him because he talks funny.

Add to that the fact that Liverpool fans on social media are the worst bunch of fans in the entire world bar none, then it all makes sense!

What a toxic thread. It's ironic how they question Kane's leadership qualities because he ".. hasn't won anything just like Spurs". What exactly has Henderson achieved? Kudos to them if they win the CL but as of right now Henderson is a nobody in top flight football.

I guess he helped the second coming of Jesus Salah to lace his boots.

I find their weird obsession with us pretty funny now, probably stems from our superiority over them in the league for practically the last decade.
For the love of god i hope Real beat them in the final....their general saltiness will increase 10 fold i imagine.
