He played like that before that injury... Of course it's his early Spurs career, but it doesn't look promising. Let's hope he starts improving. :)

When someone by the name of Jerry Garcia thinks you should lay off the drugs, you should probably listen.

I'm sorry but what? Maybe you are just a wum, but when I watched him before his injury he looked quick, direct and dangerous! He also has a good work ethic! To show how much I like the guy, I was really gutted when he got injured!

How many games is he due to play for S.Korea during this break and when is he due back to the UK? We need him versus the spammers.

Agree, but I hope Poch makes him watch the Anderlecht goal again and lets him know that defensively that's not good enough.

Although initially I felt Verts was at fault, Paul Robinson was in the studio for Setanta Ireland and he called out Son for not closing down the cross which led to Anderlecht's goal as well, interesting that he seemed slow to close down Ozil on Sunday as well, something to work on there, although hopefully just a lack of match sharpness.

Glad he's back though, he'll add a lot to our attack and played a big part in Dembele's goal with the long pass out to Onomah and then moments later was on the edge of the box with a neat lay off for Dembele.

I've very glad he's back too.

Not sure whether not closing down those crosses has anything to do with match sharpness. Maybe, guess we'll find out when he get's back to full fitness. Chadli is very guilty of the same thing.

It's relatively minor in isolation, but I think it's very important if we are going to turn this team into successful winners. Doesn't matter how good a player you are. If Beckham or Giggs had done that, Roy Keane would have no doubt torn strips off them. It's what often separates the merely very good teams into winners.

Nowdays, Lamela better than Son, and Son must increase his form cuz of injury, but he scored in Korea international team. It was good. Probably he will walk on the pitch.

-from Korean :D

Thought he did fine today since it was his first start since his injury. Was unlucky not to score and got an assist. Will be a very important player in the squad

Lovely touch for Walker's goal. And great finish too.

Still not fully match fit but lots of games coming up for Mason, Son and others to get game time and sharpness.

Two London derbies aren't the easiest games to make a comeback in especially when you've had no previous experience of playing in them.

That moment where he used Kane's run to make a shot for himself was so intelligent. Wish he had scored. Decent performance as he builds back up match fitness.
