Not many player can hit it one touch like that, on his off foot, after 50-yard dash...but we knew that already.

That's the trouble with football, top players that make the hard things look so simple get slagged off for the things they aren't or can't do, rather than lauded for the things they can.

We're all guilty of it to some extent but we have amassed a real squad of players that can play different ways and in different formations/systems and a manager that can fit those players in when needed.

Long may it continue(y)

I'm just genuinely happy for him after him not being involved that much the last few games.
2 goals this season so far, one vs Dortmund and one with 'pool, and not playing meaningful minutes in between yet popped out in big games like this...

Yah, long may it continues.

I've never seen a player look so dejected at being subbed as Son did on Sunday

I think he's probably the most under rated player we have. He's a right fkin handful and knows where the back of the net is.
Put it this way, I bet defenders see his name on line up and think oh fk. Not going to get a minutes rest today.
Yes I really rate him.

He looked knackered. From his work rate, not a surprise. A great player to start, a great player to come on when called upon. I just like him so much. His goals scored were always fantastic strikes too.

He's been awful from what I've heard. Although moving to Stoke does seem to do that to good players...
Got subbed at half-time in the City game after conceding 3 in the first half. Then again, his replacement couldn't have been much better considering they managed to concede 4 in the second half...
