Son is very good, IMO, when either playing wide or up top with Kane. I think he struggles when played more centrally as an AM. IMO, a lot depends on system and who he is paired with as the LB. Rose and Son like to attack the same spaces but when paired with Davies, he starts wider, giving him more space to operate.

Once Lamela is up to speed, I think he may be a better option against a parked bus but a lot really depends on how Poch sets us up. Glad to start having these choices though.

Have you heard about the Korean vegetarian cuppa-soup?

It's called the not-poodle.

Maybe triggered idk getting called a **** might do it
I couldn't even tell you the words to the song in question Apart from the part which on reflection maybe I should of not bought up
Shoot the messenger
Seriously no one heard this?
It doesn't matter it's obviously not the song to sing even though Labradors rhymes with scores

We need to really give him a new contract and start playing him more or he’s well within his right to ask for a move.

He’s arguably the most naturally talented player at the club

Still can’t work out what footed he is and his pace is and him overall is criminally underrated

If he wasn’t South Korean he would be sure superstar

Totally agreed, he's a very ambitious guy in my opinion and I don't think he was to happy in his first season with us, definitely remember reading he didn't consider his future. Has he ever played in behind Kane as a proper second striker?

Singing a song about a Korean eating dog? Of course it's fucking offensive.

More so than the labelling of Liverpool fans "bin dippers"? The "where were you in World War II" chants (or worse, e.g. "Surrender Monkeys") whenever we play against a French team? "No surrender, no surrender, no surrender to the IRA scum!" at England internationals? Arguably even the way a lot of ethnic minority players are (endearingly) referred to as a "beast"? I think you'd do well to find a football fan who doesn't engage in light-hearted jabs or jokes based on local or national stereotypes, even though obviously most Liverpudlians aren't thieves, most Irish people aren't terrorists, I very much hope we don't think of ethnic minorities as beasts and most Koreans don't eat dogs. None of it's politically correct but I don't think in context it's grossly offensive either.

I agree that they're broadly equivalent, although the ones aimed at groups who generally experience bigotry are, because of that, worse.

I don't agree that they are "light hearted". I find them all obnoxious and - more importantly - inaccurate and - most importantly - not funny, nor incisive. So I don't do them. And I think people who do them are making themselves look like arseholes.

P.S. Good to see the "beast" issue picked up here. I thought I was the only one who made a point of avoiding calling players of African ancestry "beasts", even as an intended compliment. There's too much history there.

Lad's on fire, on a par with Kane in terms of being on the team sheet first right now.

Great to see as well. Always seems to get into form just when others are struggling.
