I have stopped with many, but JJ is consistently right every transfer window, so I choose to believe him.
Even he is in fact increasingly more incorrect/lagging behind the most recent developments, and/or extremely coy.
And a lot of what he is correct about are no brainers, like "Griezman not happening".
I respect him, and I'm grateful for when he does share what he knows, but I don't take all his updates at face value.

You can choose what you like .
I will certainly hold my hands up and say how foolish and stupid I am ...if Lloris is still here next season.
You are more than welcome to remind me when the time comes.

Well of course a lot can happen and they(him & agent) could be complete liars, he could leave but as far as FB DL & MP etc were concerned on Friday he isn't. This is also confirmed via him and his manager. Now he could do a 180 and you could say I told you so.

nice doom and gloom thread and afaik he's not going anywhere chaps, that we know of anyway;)
The same way Bale wasn't going anywhere, that you knew of....? Bottom line is if a PSG/MUFC/R.Madrid come in flashing their knickers at him, and are willing to pay the Levy tax, he will be off. Let's not fool ourselves, besides what's he got to look forward to under us with Ramos mk2 in charge....?

From what I remember, JJ was the only one who said Bale was going.

I have NO doubt that the info you CURRENTLY have suggests that Lloris will be here next season.
I think that will change during the summer.

I knew Gareth was going for a fact and stuck by that all the way.
Whatever.

I think it could happen too if someone offers 40mill however as far as we are concerned as of Friday we haven't had any notifications of this.

Basically every player at thfc and at most clubs in the world have their price. We saw that with bale. If he goes we will get a shedloads of cash for him. We know that.

Personally I think he will stay another season then go to psg after the euros next year.

The issue with Lloris is we don't know what clubs will have concrete interest in him yet. If Madrid, United, or PSG genuinely want him and are offering 150K+ a week to finish his career at their clubs, I'd find it unfathomable that he'd turn that down. I wouldn't even blame him if he pushed hard for the move. Why would ANY top footballer in their prime want to stay at Spurs and earn less money and play for a club that can't spend more money in transfers than it takes in to improve around him? Go win trophies at huge clubs and make far more money, while establishing a legacy, or stay at Spurs and watch no real improvement made to the squad around you minus some release clauses being met (Fazio) or players on winding down contracts being signed (Stambouli).

Nice to see you JJ. Hopefully you'll hang arround a lot in the summer ey? ;)
Maybe, not sure. This thread typifies my feelings about me passing on information as you always have someone trying to call you out and then add their slant on my information, then goes the inevitable justification of what you have said previously and it feels like people just want you to get something wrong so they can call you out as a wum. You kind of don't really need that every-time when you're just passing on info to fellow spurs fans who i thought would appreciate the news, as who knew we had a big pow wow on Friday about players etc but there i am trying to justify what Daniel said, to random posters on a forum?!!

From what I remember, JJ was the only one who said Bale was going.
ghostfarm also said Bale was going (and even got the amount right) a month before it happened, when he and JJ were the only ones saying he would leave and every other ITK said he would be staying 1 more year. FYI, ghostfarm has also recently said Schneiderlin will be a Spurs player next year, so fingers crossed on that one.

As JJ knows, anyone who wants to be 'clever' where it comes to ITK loses their access to the Transfer Rumours/ITK section of the site. No messing, no debate and no warning. Its something worth repeating seeing as the ITK Forums will be opening very soon.
