Obviously we want to get behind the guy, I think he's always had a couple of mistakes in him but this is the first time there's really been what some could consider too many. I think it's fair to say, like our other prime players such as Eriksen and Kane, you shouldn't just drop them when we know what they can be and when they're out of form. I think with anyone though, you also have to acknowledge that poor form can only continue for so long before action may be taken. It is harder for keepers because they can't really hide anywhere, when they make mistakes they often lead directly to goals.
We will be sticking with him I'm sure, though I think people have to acknowledge that there has to be some improvement too. I want us to stick with him, but at the same time, with the way he's going he's becoming a bit of a problem. It will do him and us the world of good to have 3 or so games on the bounce without any incident.
A very fair and grounded post. Of course I can acknowledge his errors this season, something I'm sure Lloris is well aware of also.
But as you IMO rightly say...let's stick with him a while and give him a chance to have a few incident free games.
I'm sure he will regain his earlier form...maybe he too just needs a bit of support.
