Think Trippier is definitely sold in the summer and KWP takes his position in the side. Seems like it's just meant to be really.

I know Poch hasn’t historically been one for loaning out our blue chip youngsters, but I really don’t see the sense in KWP seeing zero game time.
There have been matches like Apoel, the League Cup or where we’ve been comfortably winning that he could have seen minutes, but hasn’t.
Give the kid a loan and some first team football, he’s played 1 senior game in the premier league and was MotM. Keeping him but not using him makes no sense to me,
Josh Onomah will have learnt so much this season. Trent Alexander-Arnold has been chucked into a ropey Liverpool defence quite a lot this season and been excellent at times, KWP is a better prospect than him.

Trippier will be 28 very shortly after next summer. Bit different from a promising 22 year old who actually had 41 PL appearances, and will hold that same value for a long while.

In fairness HY is talking about him going in January as per the Leicester info. He doesn't mention about the summer.

I wasn’t doubting you in the slightest, when it comes to a debate between ITKs I always believe SC posters, I was simply outlining the sources in the thread. For what it’s worth I really hope we do promote KWP and sell Trippier.

We should seriously consider selling him in this window. I think PL clubs would be ready to offer us good money and KWP could do a better job than what he’s currently doing. And if KWP doesn’t play as well as Trippier has he will still learn and get better. With the money we can invest in other areas
