He's only going to get better for us! He hardly had any PL starts for us last season. Just getting used to the physical intensity of the PL takes time. Then learning to integrate with your team mates, and learning your role and position in the flow of the game also takes time.
You can only do that in real competitive games. I think he's doing great.

Has the skills to be a really special player for us. Hope he's got the mindset for it too.

Getting a goal early will do wonders for his confidence, I expect him to get 10+ goals and 10+ assists this season in all competitions if he stays healthy.

Has the potential to be our Mahrez, Hazard, Salah etc - you can just see that he has that special something. Really hope he can push on this season and go from strength to strength with regular gametime. Feels like a new signing.

Yes, he essentially was part of a perpetually changing 3 - 5 - 2 at the top with Kane.
Yep. I was hoping we would utilise more of a Bielsa style 3-3-1-3, with Dier/Dembele anchoring, Eriksen at 10 and Alli/Moura wide (although those three are fluid).

Well I thought he was electric, he was getting to balls that I had visually deemed a lost cause.

Great speed and determination with it.

I like how he's proven a large section of the forum wrong with his work rate. One of the standout claims about Moura was that he was lazy and would never do any of the defensive work. Credit to Poch for helping him adjust and even more credit to Lucas for buying into our playing style and showing that never say die attitude. If we can get him, Son and Lamela on the field at the same time, we'd terrify majority of the teams we'd play.

Dembele/Wanyama/Dier
-------Lamela --- Eriksen-------
--Moura ------ Kane -------- Son--

He used to be my first purchase on Football Manager when he was at Sao Paulo, its like watching someone i managed and trained now performing in real life right in front of my eyes.

Very happy with his performance. Looks a steal for the money. His wife is absolutely stunning too.

His hustle on their defence was outstanding. Electric speed, great attitude and continuous press. It inspired Harry a couple of times to work with him in tandem. He must have intercepted or nicked the ball two or three times. More Moura.
