He's still fine unless he has to do anything that involves touching the ball with his feet, other than that he's great.

I actually hate his closing down as well. I get annoyed when physically powerful players close down a ball player and then stop like they've hit an invisible wall. One of the reasons I miss Lamela, he was always one to get right into the ball carriers space and make life difficult if not knick the ball away.

Some great off the ball work tracking runners, he is a vital member of our squad even with his limitations.

Pochettino seems to really trust him, so he must be a good guy. Keep going Moussa.

He's being praised for tracking runners? And doing it greatly?

Vital?

I need a lie down. Donald Trump has a lot to answer for.

It ain’t pretty but it’s effective- especially since Lamela’s been crocked for a year.

I thot he did well for us. He was hard working both going forward and defending. Was taken off for a more attacking player. When he left I felt we were losing the battle in midfield.

He should have taken his chance thou. Wonderful ball from Kane.

People can dress it up as much as they like.

The guy is fucking dog shit.

Like proper shit.

If he runs without falling over people give him a 7.

He's not the reason we lost tonight. Not even Messi could have saved us. But casting our poor form aside for a minute and focusing on this 30m waste of fucking space;

He's got to go in January. A free somewhere I don't care. He gives us nothing - nadda. He' a waste of a squad place.

If Messi was on the end of Sissoko's chance, or Dele's chance, or Eriksen's chance, or Llorente's chance - we draw that.

Not jumping on the bandwagon of praising him when he does simple shite when the rest of our players (albeit not recently) do that week in, week out.

He isn't at the standard required. sell him and put £3.50 we get for him towards Zaha.

He cannot pass the ball quickly, as well as having a poor first touch ability. It may not be a big problem for a mid-table team. However, we look dreadful if we cannot move the ball quick enough. He slows down our tempo and momentum.

Agree completely. People keep making excuses for him by saying he's improved a lot etc. but let's be honest, he's improved from being an absolute embarrasment and liability, to being someone who does one or two basic things to an unconvincing level. His "improved" state is still miles off what I would consider good enough for a top half PL club, let alone one with top 4 or even title ambitions. Being athletic is all fine and well, but if he can't do the bare minimum when he's on the ball then he's just a liability. Not every player is going to have the touch of Messi, I understand that and that there are many roles that you need people to play in a team, but surely there has to be some level of basic ball control that is an absolute prerequisit for getting a place in a PL team and he just doesn't have that.

I'd genuinely rather play with 10 men than have Sissoko in the team. He offers absolutely nothing, costs us possession so often it's embarrassing and squanders every good position we have the ball with the worst first touch in football.

I dont think he’d make the 18 of anyone else in the top 8 and not entirelu sure he’d make anyone else’s XI. Excruciatingly bad.

Why did we even sign him and to make it worse, we paid such a high fee (for a player of his level).

I don’t see what the club saw in him that fit the way we want to play or in our ambitions to win trophies.
