Tbh wouldn't a rapist have a fairly decent touch? Never quite understood this being used as a negative
Not sure rapists are known for having a delicate touch.

Anyone else have a gut feeling when he took that shot on that it was going to balloon straight over?
Watch him have an unbelievable World Cup
I’m going against the grain here. I was actually pleasantly surprised when his strike went over the bar instead of out for a throw in. At no point when he was through on goal did it enter my mind that he’d score. Genuinely didn’t even flinch.
His efforts are appreciated but unfortunately he’s just not good enough to take us forward. I hope he finds a new club in the summer. He’d be perfect for a team like Everton or Burnley.
At best, he is a body in midfield, by bloody hell if we are giving a place on the subs bench purely because he allows us to change our formation, not because the quality of the play...
First pass went astray
First tackle was a foul
First shot he skied
When we have the likes of Lamela and Moura day on the bench, watching him come on instead, they must wonder if they actually have a future at the club (or football in general)
Except he can't really do either of those things. Sure Pochettino puts him in those positions but he's not good at either of them. I truly cannot imagine Lamela would be worse at CM than Sissoko.he's versatile, which is why he's almost always on the bench. He can play attacking mid or sit deeper, something nobody else on the bench can do. Plus Winks is out.

Lamela works his rear end off when on the field constantly making tackles and pressing defenders. Heck I bet more people around here love Lamela for his defensive contributions over his offensive ones at this point. Sissoko is big and fast, that doesn't make him good at defense.I can, Lamela doesnt defend and why would you ask him to?

Because Wijnaldum turn us down for the bigger wage at Liverpool I believeWas there any ITK of why we got Sissoko instead of Wijnaldum from Newcastle that summer?
Lamela gets a lot of yellow cards if thats what you mean. He's not a CM, he's not going to sit back in the middle and do the dirty work and it would be a waste of his talents to ask him. Sherwood tried it with Chadli. I get that you dont like Sissoko but he's a proper CM and one of only four we have healthy.
