Top lad, just shows the importance of backings players.

We can only imagine how good he must feel now compared to a few weeks ago, I will always respect him massively.

I've been his biggest critic but credit where its due, he's been one of our best players over the last month. Showing some really good moments and quality I've not seen before from him.

Seems to have added some real quality to his usual huffing and puffing, in this mood he’s s real asset to the squad - there aren’t many of ours that can transition from defence to attack as quickly as him.

Fantastic support he's getting from our fans at the moment, makes me proud. Also somewhat justifies the stick he was getting when he was playing awfully. At least it shows that our fanbase in general actually watches the games objectively and makes assessments without holding grudges or agendas.

We should always look to upgrade, but we should always respect the players we have. If a player is not as good as what you want, swallow it. Not everyone will be.

I was pleased to see how much more comfortable and confident sissoko was this evening and has been growing over the last few appearances.

Could rhythm have anything to do with it as well as being played in a role that suits?

He was brilliant. Also loved the way he was pointing to teammates telling them who to pass to when off the ball. A real leader and showed there is much more to him than just technically kicking a ball which he’s been doing really well recently anyway.

He continued to show his quality driving out with the ball along with his usual hard work. What I was really pleased to see though was how he just took that bit more care with the final pass. Often times he moves too fast for his own good with the ball at his feet and doesn't slow down for the final ball. It's as if his mind is rushed into releasing the ball because he sticks to the same tempo when he bursts forward so his delivery is taken too quick. It's important to understand that when you break away and carry the ball you also give yourself time to get your head up and control the pass or shot.

I don’t think Sissoko is ever going to be composed, but credit where credits due he’s playing pretty well for us at the moment, albeit within his own limitations.

And with the problems we have in midfield in our squad this season I’m glad he wasn’t moved on in the summer.

He's come on leaps and bounds. The big grin on his face at the end he's loving it. He's loving the attention from the boss, players, media and the fans singing his name. He's absolutely everywhere right now.

He still lacks finesse and that top quality but he's doing his best. I love the bit where he mis-controlled a ball and it was a deft touch into Lamela's path. It looked a masterstroke at first :ROFLMAO:

Sissoko over the last 3 or 4 games has been sensational. He started to look ike the player I thought and hoped he would be when he joined from Newcastle. Yes he may not be the most technically proficient player we have but he is a beast. Incredible strength and stamina and a powerful runner with the ball. I hope his form continues and he gets even better as we'll certainly be relying on him as the injuries and fixtures continue to pile up. ☺

i think the three in the middle were all a bit different and complimented eachother, especially wanyama n sissoko , wanyama always looking forward , sissoko doing a bit of everything. was strong out there ,in the rain, and the battle that the game became.
