He was rubbish and i never wanted to see him in a Spurs shirt ever again, now he's playing well and i am happy, is that not enough? He's not been magnificent or fantastic or some sort of revelation that some people who are prone to overreacting to good performances might say but he doesn't need to be, I'm still happy.

It's not a competition as to who can be the best supporter you know, you don't have to pick a side and stick to it so when something changes you can score points off of people. But anyway, well done for rating him higher than i do, help yourself to a special supporters badge and a biscuit.

Chill your beans mate, the begrudging 'quite well' just tickled me is all. Personally I don't think he was as bad as your making out, nor is he now as brilliant as others are making out.

A good compilation of Sissoko this season.

Looks better in that you tube clip than expensive looking midfielders most of this site have wanked over.

Bringing a great drive and mentality to the team with his play presently. Love that he doesn't go shy in the big games, and becoming perhaps top half of the team sheet in selection.

This sums up my theory even more about him after watching this. He just reminds me of a man tumbling down a mountain, but ending up on his feet at the end. Nothing wrong with that because it works, and I love it because not even him or his opponents know what he is going to do next.

I think based on those clips he's been good in patches in quite a few games but maybe the poor over shadowed the good?? IDK because I don't remember some of the good bits myself. Now let's just be thankful that his good bits over shadow the poor - a bit like a lot of players.

Just a big WELL DONE Moussa for the recent performances & keeep it up, you've really won our hearts lately

So glad some one has bothered to make this. He did stuff like that in others seasons but no one took notice because they were too busy hating him.

Quite a few points I garnered from it too.

He can tackle, well.
He can dribble, well.
His long passing is better than I've given him credit for.
His first touch isn't always bad, sometimes it's really good.
He's quick.
He's properly strong.
If our forward players took their chances, he'd have a lot of assists. Would have had a another at the Nou Camp if Moura hurried that header in the bottom corner..
In that video he looks 10 times the player Pogba has been.

Can't remember too many players who've turned their form around to such an extent as Moussa. I honestly used feel so nervous about him even receiving a pass. He has been fantastic recently, a stand out player. His strength and power really drives us forward, as well as releasing pressure.

If you're reading Moussa, I once said you played as if the ball was a Toblerone. You have totally changed my opinion. Thank you.

Think a lot of you are missing the main point, personally I have never been in doubt about his ability, I had been aware of him at Toulouse back in the day and obviously had seen a bit of him with Newcastle.

The thing has been his consistency, he's 6ft 2, a French international and his potential was rated for a long time. We have all seen how athletic he is and how impressive he can be physically out there, but this period now is arguably the most consistent he's ever been in English football.

I really hope he keeps it up, as we've all seen how he's been performing, but just because people have (often rightfully IMO) criticised his performances doesn't mean their opinion has no value or that they want him to fail.

He has all the tools to have had a career like Viera, but hasn't. Everything seems to point towards that being about attitude/mentality so far, Poch had even mentioned it early doors with him.

He's 29 now, I really hope the noticeable improvement over the past months' has been the penny dropping and him settling.

When he fancies it, £30m looks cheap.

Ive been thinking about this. Now I really rate pogba, but he hasn't shown his best in the prem. Who if offered would straight swap Sissoko for pogba? I don't think I would... I almost feel Wrong saying it... But I'd stick. What say you's?

Even hypothetically we can't afford him.

Moussa ran around like a wrecking ball tonight, loved it. Especially the body check to Maitland-Niles.

still not much of an end game tho, those centering passes and shots at goal leave a lot to be desired

Mr dependable now. Where on earth would we have been this season without him in CM given the injuries been an absolute soldier played game after game. Probably our player most in need of a rest.

I agree he could do much better with that final ball or shot, but that's not really his main objective, we've plenty of others for that.

His main role is to break up play, track back, and drive us forward in possession. He also makes more off the ball runs than any of our other players.

People will laugh at his shot tonight, and his iffy cross late on, but in truth he got through a huge amount of work. He's a fucking machine.

It's no coincidence we've improved as a team since he came into the midfield, starting consistently.

Yes it would be great if he could compose himself more often when he's in those moments, but his main objective is to grab the the game by the bollox for us, and to let the Eriksen's and Dele's run the show.

And he's doing that superbly.

He's not in the team for end product, he's in the team to ensure we win the midfield battle, and to transition us up the pitch effectively.

Some have gone way over the top with Sissoko both bad and good.

We all know he was terrible for 2 years. This season is a huge improvement but most of that is because he was so bad previously. He has been excellent in about 5 games so far and the rest have been average to decent performances. I can't say he should of got anything more than a 6/10 for his performances since the Inter game. He and Winks we probably worst on the pitch last night, maybe only outdone by Trippier.

Still lets all enjoy the Moussa banter resurgence.

Apart from giving away a dangerous free-kick I thought he had another really good game last night.

He shits himself 80% of the time in the final third still, but I'd take 2018-19 Sissoko with no end product over 2017-18 bambi on ice Sissoko all day long.
