We'd be lucky to get €19m from anyone else. Some one posted a link with the Schalke fans thoughts on him and most were Meh about him... I think Poch is the type of manager that won't want him back in the club. His actions seemed to make it clear Bentaleb wasn't wanted.

If he did come back and was content with trying to win a place back in the team, then i'm all for it.

Indeed. Winks has arguably surpassed Nabil already in Poch's eyes and I don't see any reason that we would bring Nabil back to potentially hamper Winks' progression.

Could see a move to another bundesliga team for Nabil, or maybe even China.

Not gonna happen. He wants to leave and Schalke have already said they will make the deal permanent.

we don't know he wants to leave. plus the latest story is that whilst schalke want to make the move permanent, he's not so sure.

Just hope that if he'd crossed Poch and Levy, he comes back and apologise to both and fights for a place in the side.

He told Poch he wanted to leave - this came from Poch's own mouth

He could probably have played left wing back for us in Rose's absence...

He was pretty decent as an emergency left back if memory services me correctly.

From what I read they have the option to buy, and they can offer a lower price. But if they offer £16M then we have to accept the bid. Terms will still need to be settled with Bentalab and his agent. But IMO of he is settled there, then all the best too him.

Not really his biggest fan, plus with ACN commitments I think it's best if we sell him on.

Fazio doing well, Bentaleb doing well and our bench weak and thin. In a CL season we should have kept them at the club for rotation and that includes N'Jie and Mason. Instead we promote Winks, Onomah and CCV who don't gave the experience to put in a shift over a whole season including European games.

At least the balance sheet is up!

N'Jie would have seen less minutes than GKN
Fazio would have seen less minutes than Wimmer
Mason would have seen less minutes than Winks

So they would have stayed the whole season, playing pretty much 0 minutes. Better to get them off the wage bill imo.
