Word is its his fifth!!! suspension of the squad for Schalke. He is done there, as is the whole club actually.

His loan-spell finished in the summer. They obviously felt no need to make the switch permanent.

Schalke are in all sorts of trouble. 24 games without a win in the Bundesliga. They've already sacked the manager without any visible effect. The squad is at war with itself - Bentaleb was not the only player disciplined on Monday.
A Sunderland-level meltdown is very much on the cards...

He's clearly a talented player with a lot of potential. He was never a "journeyman" considering what he was doing in the PL at such a young age.

He is, however, a prick, with a huge opinion of himself, so he will never realise his talent.
