Man Utd don't usually mind overpaying, so I can't help but think that we've told them given them an absurd figure like £70m or Martial exchange or no deal. I think that's why they are supposedly "bidding" for other players, though can't see Boateng or Mina being Mourinho type defenders.
I think they are smokescreens and Utd are hoping Levy caves in and accepts a lower figure and Martial stays with them or they sell abroad.

Actual Article reads like a lot of guesswork. Claims we have accepted a bid but refuse to let him leave until we get a replacement which ManU are suspicious and nervous about hince all the links to other defenders. Also goes so far as to claim the video of Woodward and Jose talking in the tunnel was specifically about Toby.
