Tottenham are still on the hunt for a new manager, and while Daniel Levy hasn’t decided on a new gaffer just yet, the Spurs squad know exactly who they want.

Indeed, according to The Daily Mail, the Tottenham squad have a clear first-choice, and his name is Mauricio Pochettino.

Feels like the only one strongly against Poch appointment (allegedly) is Donna Cullen? Watching Spurs attacking under Poch was a joy. Home games were great and there were a lot more smiles around the whole club. Do the right thing Daniel and bring him back!

A million times this. This is half the problem at spurs.

I dunno, it's not like we've had a player optioned manager that I'm aware of, that decision has been Levy and the board, as far as I know. Levy constantly backs managers with a bit too much enthusiasm, I'd suggest is a bigger issue - consistency can't be achieved if you're forever changing to suit the next one through the door and despite what some fans belive, the proof is there.

Anyway, the source is a site that quotes the Daily Mail as its source, so fuck them.

And, I hope you appreciate that I have to point out, you're a colossal prick and always have been 😉 (that and "if I don't hear silence I'm going to start punching dicks" were the reason im hooked on Roy Kent)

His last six months in charge was a period when only Brighton had a worse record.

Indeed, let's bring that back.

Poch a fan's favourite simply because his exciting football and he brought us to the Champions League final. I myself wished for him to be sacked at the tail of his tenure. But I'm done with mercenaries, get Poch back because he's one of a real Spurs manager.
