Please help with my addiction!!

They say the first step, is to admit you have a problem. Well my fellow yiddo's:
Hi my name is James Im 32 years old and Im an addict I've been addicted to ITK and spurs related transfer gossip. I have been an addict since well the end of last season. But if Im honest its been a problem for a number of years usually I suffer twice yearly.
I spend at least a solid couple of hours every morning searching the web for various snippets of gossip and ITK. Then a couple of times throughout the day.

are among favourites but for a fix I will scan all the dailies. I find myself thinking about what could be happening right now in the transfer world constantly. i find it hard to concentrate on anything other than spurs 24/7. My girlfriend and my children I know are finding it hard during these tough times. Im distant obsessed even and become moody without finding out something new and interesting that could happen.

I have made the first step please tell me there are others like me out there. Step forward my friends fellow addicts and share your problem perhaps we can help each other. Maybe contact the Club about setting up a help line or a support group we can all join.

If you can help with this any spurs gossip ITK would also be welcome "I need my fix"

I think we are all addicts. I remember I used to get all my news from the papaers and SSN. I was weeks out of the loop!

I'm Chris and I'm 31, I also have the same addiction. Is there any help I can get? I've tried drink and drugs over the years but the problem remains the same, I love Spurs more than any girl I've met (hence while I'm now single), doesnt matter what I shout at Spurs its always there week in week out, giving me grief and joy in the same 90 minutes.
