Poch is one of the most respectful and diplomatic people I've ever seen in football. It's not surprising that others don't meet his standards and Arsenal spent over 20 years under the guidance of Wenger who, IMO, was the polar opposite to Poch with no manners, humility, or respect for others. It shows.

Poch has integrity which is a rarity in football. He’s the odd one out unfortunately

They did show a lack of class but it looked like, and dare I say it, a small club mentality. Over celebrating etc

Hopefully we use it as extra motivation for Wednesday ( although we should already be motivated enough).

Aubemayung gets on my tits the most-always scores against us after telling his old story about us rejecting him when he was a nobody

To be fair didn't we cause it though with the way we celebrated our goals? I would rather nothing else be said because they could say we fired them up with the Dier celebrations, speak after we get a result on Wednesday rather than be embarrassed again.

Maybe its just the memory of past pain - but for some reason I think we might struggle on Wednesday.

We did nothing wrong in celebrating our goals. We celebrated on the pitch. They actually were much worse which has been overlooked.

As for the dressing room celebrations - arsenal have previous form of premature celebrations like this. They are idiots.
All that matters is where we are come the end of the season - which I am fully confident will be above them.

I honestly don’t think Dier did anything wrong.

Stayed on the pitch, just shushed them. The whole fight was caused by Ramsey pushing a load of Spurs players that Dier didn’t even see at the time as he was jogging to the halfway line when it all kicked off

I keep saying this - Poch will change the entire team.
He doesn't care that it's them, he treats every league cup game, including the final with Chelsea a few years ago, with the same level of disdain.

So how do you suggest we keep some of our fringe players motivated. Maybe a bit of Go Karting or Bingo?

I don't think Dier did anything wrong either, but neither do I believe they did so Poch needs to just shut up about it.

Pretty sure they started it with their initial celebration for their first goal, I know two wrongs don't make a right but...

The league Cup final against Chelsea when he played a strong side you mean?

I love Karting to be fair!
I wasn't actually saying it was right or wrong to rest players. I just think people getting their hopes up that we'll treat this any differently to the West Ham or Watford game will be let down. We have a strong squad to be fair. I don't want Vorm anywhere near the starting 11. Arsenal will play more of their regular 11 than we will.

Just looked back, stronger than I remember.
