Why is he baffled?
According to EU regulations (I know it's not UEFA but the logic is the same apparently) a snail is a fish and a carrot is a fruit. If an egg has two yokes it's not an egg, so if an English player trained in Portugal, he's not English. I hope I cleared it up for MP.

I'm sure he's pissed right off that he can't name the perpetually injured Lamela and the out on loan to Fenerbache Janssen in the champions league group stage.

Maybe we should plan to have a home/club-grown keeper as third choice. Using three of 17 spots available for goalkeepers seems a bit of a waste, if it limits our tactical flexibility.
