Tottenham's run to the Champions League Final has transformed Daniel Levy but the poker-faced chairman will not change the way he runs the club, according to Mauricio Pochettino.

I don't think I've ever seen a less cynical person in pro football than Pochettino.

Was actually thinking about this after seeing the documentary on the stadium and how fixated Levy was on perfection. Now we all hope that this has all been one great master plan. Training ground manager stadium and then hopefully players. Obviously we will find out in next 2 months if it’s been that calculated.

But just from another angle. I was thinking seeing that documentary how obsessive Levy is. For the last 10 years or more he’s always had the training ground/stadium to focus on. So what happens now that’s complete. From my experience of people like that and actually being a bit like it myself they always need the next challenge. So what’s left ? The team ? Maybe I’m being fanciful but what if that obsessive need for perfection becomes fully focused on the team and on field success.

Then its gonna be a fun ride as a Spurs fan!
If Levy's quest for perfection continues, theres only really one direction for him to focus on. Fingers crossed.

Set the infrastructure first, then the system can be installed.

Sounds right to me. (y)
