There's a difference between Harry Kane and all the players Poch mentioned.
None of those players came through the ranks at the clubs they left.
None of them are English
All of them ultimately used their clubs as stepping stones to get to the likes of Real & Barca.

Did Shearer go abroad?
Did Gerrard leave Liverpool?
No top level English player has left the PL for foreign pastures since Michael Owen.

I agree though that the club need to make Harry feel special, and I don't doubt that is what is happening. He's also not the sort of guy who is putting money and possessions at the top of his list.
Reading the Poch book yesterday, he seems a complete contrast to someone like N'Koudou who's mentality was to buy the flash house and car straight away, despite not having done anything more than signed for the club.

There aren't many players with Harry's mindset and mentality. He loves the club and is living the dream and being paid handsomely for it. He's a very ordinary, down to earth bloke. He reminds me of Paul Scholes in that respect, and he never moved away either.

The Beeb in its Gossip column just said that the Spanish Diario Gol has claimed that Spurs is in advanced negotiation with RM over the transfer of Kane.

Because the media want to force a move.

The media couldn't give a shit if he moves or not. They want to sell a story and at the moment he is one of the biggest stories in football and people will read about him. The only way it will stop is if people stop reading.

Their aim is like everyone else to make money.

Poch should avoid discussing this issue. Why help the media stoke the fire. The media do want Harry to move because it would weaken Spurs and thereby help their favoured teams.
