Unity really is key.

I think our main problem right now is a lack of a team identity which of course isn't helped by having 3 coaches within one year and a ton of new and mostly foreign imported players.

As a result, when things are going well, the players seem to lap up the individual reward but when things are going badly everyone seems to shrug off responsibility.

We've got to smash the egotistical mentality of the players and get them to genuinely pull together and believe in each other. It would help if we also kept a strong dynamic of faith and support, especially during matches, knowing it's going to take time for Poch to mould the players to his system and mentality.

There's no point changing manager any time soon so we might as well all get on board and offer total support as anything else is just going to make things harder. The players need confidence not criticism.

Let's try and give them that.
