I think Vorm is a much better keeper than Mignolet or Karius. We're very lucky to have a player like him who bides his time and doesn't complain. Hope he does well tonight v WHU, but would be even better if he had nothing to do.

What is sooooo important about players like Vorm and the squad ethic - is that there will be moments in any great team's great games when a great team needs great back up - It's a hard life style to put up with, always being the second pick - but chance and opportunity do arise and the fans will love you forever for your commitment to the club...Just ask Tony Parks! Vorm you rock...keep rocking for the Spurs mate!

And then after all the praise, you get a performance like he gave against West Ham.
Maybe he is complaining on the inside....

Was he at fault for any of the goals? Not in my opinion. The 1st goal was an excellent save - had Ben Davis been up with the other defenders, Ayew would have been flagged offside. 2nd and 3rd goals I'd attribute blame to Toby. He let Ayew get the wrong side for the 2nd and for the 3rd he got blocked off tracking Ogbona's run.

Never fills me with confidence I'm afraid. He always looks like he's got a "Gomes" moment in him.

This is good news. Every player should want to play and push his competitors for a first team place as hard as possible. I don't think he'll displace Hugo but it's good he wants to compete as much as possible.

I don't blame him for any of the goals. He wasn't man of the match but he did his job OK. We sometimes forget how hard it is to just play now and then and not get a run of games, knowing you'll be judged on much less game time.
