Good idea for a thread.

Often we just get links to snippets from the BBC where their shitty reporters have clipped a conference to the part where they asked him if Lloris is going to Man Utd or some other shite they are peddling at the time.

Full press conferences are often available online - albeit harder to find and on less frequented websites to BBC, Sky Sports etc - and I find them fascinating when someone has tracked one down and shares it.

Nothing about the 3 players "not in my plans" ?
Click the link -
Pochettino also revealed that Clinton N’Jie, who was also left behind, is still part of his plans, but trio Nabil Bentaleb, Federico Fazio and Alex Pritchard know their futures lie elsewhere.

“I think it’s very clear their situation.

“They are not in my plan; they know, I made it clear with them, I communicated with them, it’s not a problem. They know the situation.

Ah ok. I was asking if there was video of it around, I don't trust the media when it comes to stuff like this.

Press Bureau TV on YouTube regularly (not always) posted the full Friday conference and I'd post them in the match thread. But yeah, they're difficult to find.

ah my word, he did say some signing haha.. still based on how i've seen him talk in the past I think the "some" is the important part of what he said, certainly makes me more confident more will happen after Nkoudou.

He really is the anti Redknapp when it comes to press conferences and his English is so much better now.

Nice to see he is more comfortable and the press conferences aren't so awkward.

so blunt on nabil, they must've really had a bad falling out :(

It seems that way, but for all we know it might have not have been as drastic as that. He will only play 2 CMs in his squad and he will feel that he only needs 4, supplemented by youth like Winks and Edwards. He has Dier and Wanyama doing the dirty work, something that doesn't play to Nabil's strengths. Then he has Dembele and Mason in the support roles who he'll want to cover ground and bring the ball forward. Bentaleb isn't really the kind of player who covers a lot of ground. He's very much a passer, a link up man, similar to how Huddlestone was. I think he's best suited to a 3 man midfield. It could just be that Bentaleb wants to start games and Poch has told him that he won't. They may not have fallen out over it.
