Mauricio Pochettino is ready for an altogether different kind of challenge next week when Tottenham face Barcelona in the Champions League. The Spurs boss was delighted his players matched fire with fire in Saturday’s 2-0 win at Huddersfield to climb back into the Premier League’s top four.

I suspect that Barca are prioritising the CL this year. Still, they're not playing particularly well at the minute. Probably a good time to play them, well as good as any. ;)

That is by far my favourite quote that’s been picked up by most media outlets and used everywhere in a non-ironic way

I’m sure it will be a completely different game than it was today

Playing Huddersfield will be completely different from playing Barcelona

Neither team is pulling up trees at the moment. I can see Barca gaining control of midfield and pushing us back, but then we could be very dangerous on the counter.
