Totally underwhelmed with a sense of 'here we go again' added to the mix.

That said, i'll still give my full support and hope he gets given the time needed. Fans and board alike. I hope he delivers some exciting football and gets our talented squad firing on all cylinders.

COYS!

Unsure. He's done a terrific job at Soton playing some fantastic attacking football. However I'm concerned with his record from losing positions and didn't appreciate how he treated the FA cup last season as well as his comments abouts the Europa League. I just hope he takes all 4 competitions seriously. As must as we need CL footy, our clubs needs to be winning trophies.

Nevertheless let's support him. Coys!!!

Please we got a new "head coach" rather then a manager, Baldini has really been great closing deals which usually takes us till the last week of the transfer dateline for things to happen.

Personally, still feel he is a bit of a risk, but its one i feel its worth taking. Still a long way to go before the next season... lets see how many of our key players buy into to the changes to the coaching staff. fingers crossed.

I wouldn't have complained had one of the other candidates (de Boer, Benitez) got the job but I'm delighted all the same.

I think Premiership experience is key. Benitez would've been my main choice, for experience and records, but I don't expect him to leave Napoli and De Laurentiis is as stubborn as Levy.

Really don't know enough about him, his lack of plan B worries me but i'l back him (as should everyone else TBH) can see him being good for Lamella. It appears to me we have most of the type of players he'd need to play his "system" so there should be some familiarity to those who worked under AVB i'd have thought.

If he persists with Danny fucking Rose though i'll give up with this club.

When do the fixtures come out? I'm hoping he has a nice easy start to bed in his ideas. Watch us get the Sky 4 and Man City in our first 5 games now I've said that.

I'm pretty pleased. But then I was very pleased about AVB so what do I know?

I've just read on the BBC that he's bringing his assistant, first team coach and goalkeeping coach with him. I hope that we keep Parks on as well.

I like De Laurentis, he comes across as a cool guy.

I wouldn't leave Napoli for Spurs right now.

Delighted.

De Boer was my first choice back in January after AVB was sacked, and although I still would've been happy if he had got the job I've really warmed to Poch over the last few months. I genuinely think he can do great things with us if he's given the time.

Apart from support him what else can we do? Make some more polls? It's our job to support him so let's do it.

I'm freakin' delighted! Poch is a badass - it'll be great to see what he can do with some serious firepower under him! I suspect that he'll get Soldado and Lamela kicking serious butt next season while bolstering up our defence this summer! Great pressing and counter-attacking football in a 4-3-3 formation to charge us right up that table!

I`m delighted. Just seems proper Spurs to me. Think he`ll be respected by the players and get the very best out of them too. I`m actually looking forward to next season now. And I`m even looking forward to seeing our promising youngsters play in Europe.

100% looking forward to the new season :)

(Not going to say which new season in the future that is though ;))

So I'm not misunderstood, that equates to totally underwhelmed,

Wish him all the best and every possible success. I don't look forward to the agenda-driven bile spat at him at the first small hiccup though. Hopefully he's on a fucking catastrophically big contract so that DL simply can't jettison him after 12-18 months if we're not 10 pts clear in the league and in the SF of the CL after 5 minutes.

Bit indifferent - especially considering Curbishley and O'Leary were available. Regardless, though, I will support him a hundred percent. COYS!

Unsure. Appointing a Manager isn't a big deal. We do it all the time and it's a bit tiring. Keeping a Manager long enough for him to do all the things we appointed him to do. That would delight me.

Excited but I've been hurt before

This. I thought AVB would be the one and in many ways it's a similar type of appointment (young manager with a long term project and a certain style of play).

But we've seen Poch implement his style in this league...something AVB never did...so I remain optimistic.

My only concern is the fans who deem him not good enough. I hope they are a quiet minority and we can finally act like a club again. My fear is that those people won't give him time and thats when we'll have problems.

But for now....I'm excited.
