Any more takers? will close the vote at 10 tomorrow, but looks like it'll be thursday. We can start at 8 if harrowspurs can make it- that'll be 5. Any way of seeing if anyone on the main board would like to play - feel like we're a little subsection of poker aficionados- the others may want to join in.

I suggest a £10 start with 3k chips, rebuy for the first hour, add on at the end of the hour of 4k chips for another tenner - split to be decided on how big the pot it- with a percentage going to the site.....

When you say £10 buy in do you mean $10? You probably mean what you said and this is a stupid question but you know what I mean, most of the sites are in dollars. Just thinking I might need to deposit as I only have about $20 on Poker Stars right now, I don't really like rebuy tourneys but I guess it will beef the pot up and make more money for SC.

I'll make a thread in the main forum and see if we can get more interest.

My homegames are rebuys mainly because with 5 people it could be over in half an hour depending on the way the cards fall and you're correcct it does beef up the pot- I'm open to ideas of course its a freindly game

but yes, No Limit Texas holdem

Any thoughts on how we're going to make the donation to SC? I don't think you can take money out of the overall prize fund on PS so we might have to just say whoever comes first pays a percentage. How does 10% sound to you guys? If we get to a stage where we have 20 or 30 people entering, SC will rake in the money. It won't be much this first time though. 10% is just an idea though, what do the rest of you think? We could base the donation on the number of entrants too.

That would be ideal, I don't know though as I've only ever played one heads up game in the home game section. Is there an option for that Glenn?

Also, what are your thoughts on Poker Tracker/Hold 'em Manager type software? As this is a friendly casual game, I vote for a gentlemans agreement to disable it during SC games.
