Arse given the points gift-wrapped by the ref today. Happened six or seven times last season so I suppose the powers that be felt it was time to pop this season's cherry.
It’s been happening for the last 10 years

The FA gives them a nice Sunday home match against Brighton after a Europa League awayday.

Bitter and twisted ain't I ?

Every now and then I get the distinct impression that Jurgen Klopp doesn't really trust, or even particularly like, his players.

That penalty decision in the first half was fucking ludicrous. How the fuck do you play an advantage in a situation like that? Idiotic refereeing. Don't understand why Rodriguez doesn't just stay down though ?

The Arsenal penalty was a penalty, but not one you'd get 8/10 times. Dawson should have been sent off.

Just wondering but how in the hell did that Knockeart fella not make it at f*cking Leicester? In all the games I have seen he has looked very useful and a hell of a lot smarter than most PL widemen.

edit: his last tackle excepted.
Having Brightonites in my family Ive watched a hell of a lot them, last season especially as they finally got promoted, I was really impressed with him in particular...always really threatening and bloody quick.

Didn't see the game but it sounds like Arsenal were papering over cracks last night which bodes well.

WBA have no tricky players though likely to get fouled. They just cross it into the box where a foul on a striker by a defender is probably less likely.....or harder to call a foul

Mendy out for the season it seems....Kompany crocked.....If Chelscum beat them at the weekend it will be interesting to see how things pan out.

Conte is already moaning about having to play City on Saturday, both teams having played in the Champions League, he reckons the game could have been put back to Sunday giving them both an extra days rest seeing as there is an
'international break' coming up.

Life is tough at the top eh ?

Reports Aguero has fractured a rib in a car accident. Hope he's ok.. but he'll miss some games while that heals.

8 weeks i read. City's down Aguero and Mendy then for a bit
Think they'll in the long run miss Mendy more tbh. Aguero has scored six in six but their strength of depth in attack is so strong.

Glad it's only a few broken ribs and nothing more serious.

True, but his overall experience matters too. Jesus has been good but he has been nowhere near Aguero form this season.
2 months has plenty of key games he will miss. This is a turning point IMO - if we have the chance, we have to capitalise on it

I was just checking on Sky Sports to find out which match is up for tomorrow's Irish
3pm march on Ch.402 and I was pleasantly surprised to see them doing a rerun
of the 2010 Arsenal Tottenham match. Nice start to my day.

Anyway, tomorrow it is Manu/CPal ... Another shooting fish in the barrel contest for United.
