I know Simon Jordan isn't everyones cup of tea, but he's got it spot on with city and calls them the Frankenstein club and refuses to give them any credit for what they've done.
Generally the media and pundits are fawning over them and what they've 'achieved'....theyve assembled one of the most expensive teams in world sport, and theyre paying probably the best manager in world football to coach them, yet the media thinks that them smashing everyone in sight is somehow amazing.
My thoughts exactly.

Unfortunately if I voice my opinions amongst certain ppl I get the whole "You're just bitter" response.

It's such a shame that football clubs can't grow organically, have a period of success and falter away slightly like they used to. Every ounce of respect and all of the accolades would be deserved. It really is a cock measuring competition nowadays.

The problem is I can't see the Prince getting bored with it. He will want total global domination and he won't want to give it up easy either. We could be entering a period of sustained success for Man City and PSG as they hoover up all the best talent in the world and ensure that they have the best coach/es in the world driving it.

It would be made slightly more bearable if their sugar daddy owner was a self made, lifetime fanatic who only ever wants to see his side win stuff etc

City’s owners are basically plundering the natural resources of a state to just piss about! They aren’t even successful businessmen truth be told. It can be argued they aren’t even businessmen at all!

It won’t ever happen but foreign ownership of English football clubs shouldn’t be allowed.

Is the owner from Qatar? If so, he might one day run out of money as the country is blockaded by the Saudis and their allies.

Eek. West Ham will be on their own then.

They don't look greatly different now with him gone at all. It's clear that their team is lacking. Puel must see it as a blessing now anyway, much better having players such as Gray, Vardy and Mahrez to work with as opposed to what's at Southampton.

Just wait till the Leicester players get bored with him as well and go on strike again to get him sacked.

Tomorrow's live game on Sky Sports Ireland is Chelsea v Southampton.

I'm being dragged round the shops - all afternoon, got loads of Christmas buying to do.

The lesser of two evils. The SCBC is gonna get spanked again.
