I hope they stay up, too. Remarkable turnaround in their form.

What did Rooney say? I could not imagine him as a manager. He was hardly able to put a sentence together.
Said that elite ex-pros should be fast tracked through their coaching badges. Utter nonsense and displays exactly why British coaches aren't getting anywhere. Too much arrogance and belief that they already know everything. I don't like Mourinho but that guy studied the game 24 hours a day and obsessed over little details. I get the impression that many British coaches aren't the same.

Oddly enough Arsenal don't play another PL game until Thurs 1/3 v City.

They have two Europa ties on 15th and 22nd though - fuck 'em LOL

I think City will be pretty much untouchable for some years.

Hopefully their Oil Slavery spending might be a catalyst for change in how football is run...

Who the fuck am I kidding?

Still - we should campaign for Pep tobe asked at every Presser just how many 3rd world workers have to die or be enslaved to fund his football team's success. Let their success taste of the ashes its made of.

Saw Foden got on for City, they're not going to sell him to us are they :(

He looks a hell of a talent, if I was him I'd be looking a move. He will never get a chance there, he looks to have everything Poch likes.

With Everton winning 3-1 v Palace it once again pisses me off that they never bothered last week against Arsenal. Shameful.

Rooney, Siggy and Davies back from the subs bench, with Siggy and Davies both scoring.

Still I suppose it made Arsenal think they were world beaters again.
I still struggle to understand what Allardyce was thinking for that game. The stats show that their PPG without Siggy or Rooney in the starting XI would see them relegated. One or both in and their PPG would see them 7th comfortably.

I know he blamed the players again, as he does, but for me the manner of that defeat was 100% on him.

Bullshit stat of thr day: The last two players to score 4 goals in a game (Kane, Aguero), both got their 4 against Leicester and Schmeichel.

Hudd v AFCB
Newc v ManU
SCBC v Liv

Not bothered too much either way for the early K.O.

Hoping for two home wins and some nice controversy in the other two.
